1. OpsWire AI Service Overview
Through the Service, you access news articles and content (“Content”). You acknowledge that ratings, estimates, and forecasts in the Content are opinions, not investment advice or securities recommendations. You agree to evaluate each security independently with due care.
2. Eligibility

3. Accounts and Registration
Most Service features require account registration. You must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your password. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Report security concerns to team@opswire.ai immediately.
4. General Payment Terms
Price: OpsWire AI reserves pricing authority and may change fees with advance notice. Promotional offers don't apply unless offered to you.
Authorization: You authorize OpsWire AI to charge your specified payment method for orders and selected service levels, including applicable taxes. Pre-authorization may occur to verify card validity.
Subscription Service: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least three days before the renewal date. Charges occur on the Subscription Billing Date and renewal dates. You may cancel through your account administration panel.
Delinquent Accounts: Access may be suspended for unpaid amounts. Delinquent accounts incur collection-related fees. Invalid payment methods may result in account deletion without liability.
5. Licenses
Limited License: Subject to complete compliance with these Terms, OpsWire AI grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
License Restrictions: You cannot reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Service or Content. You cannot modify, interfere with security features, or use Content in algorithmic trading systems. You cannot use Content for third-party benefit.
Feedback: By providing feedback, you grant OpsWire AI “an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, sublicensable, transferable...worldwide royalty-free right” to use it. OpsWire AI has no obligation to treat feedback as confidential or provide attribution.
Ownership; Proprietary Rights: OpsWire AI owns all Materials, including the Service, content, interfaces, code, and data. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted. No implied licenses exist.
6. Third-Party Terms
Third-Party Services and Linked Websites: The Service may enable exporting information to third-party services like X, LinkedIn, or Facebook. You authorize OpsWire AI to transfer information to third parties. OpsWire AI is not responsible for third-party use of exported data. Linked websites are not controlled by OpsWire AI.
Third-Party Software: The Service may include third-party components available under licenses granting broad copying, modification, and distribution rights. These Terms don't prevent obtaining components under applicable third-party licenses.
7. User Content
User Content Generally: The Service permits posting messages, reviews, photos, videos, audio, images, and other works (“User Content”). You retain copyright and proprietary rights in your posted content, subject to licenses granted in these Terms.
Limited License Grant to OpsWire AI: By posting User Content, you grant OpsWire AI “a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license (with the right to sublicense)” to host, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content across media formats.
You Must Have Rights to the User Content You Post: You must own or be authorized to grant rights in all User Content elements. By providing User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:
- (a) You are the creator/owner or have necessary licenses, rights, and consents;
- (b) Your User Content does not infringe third-party rights, slander, defame, libel, invade privacy, or violate laws;
- (c) Your User Content would not reasonably be deemed objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate.
User Content Disclaimer: OpsWire AI is not responsible for User Content and has no obligation to monitor or edit it. OpsWire AI may screen, remove, edit, or block User Content violating these Terms or third-party rights. You acknowledge exposure to inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable content and waive legal remedies against OpsWire AI regarding User Content.
Monitoring User Content: OpsWire AI doesn't control or monitor User Content or third-party content. OpsWire AI reserves the right to monitor information transmitted through the Service for operational purposes without assuming responsibility for content. OpsWire AI may block, filter, or remove User Content without liability.
Communications Through the Service: The Service may permit chatbot communication. Third-party vendors receive and store these communications on OpsWire AI's behalf.
Email: OpsWire AI may send emails about products and services. You may opt out of promotional emails via unsubscribe instructions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any law;
- Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, bully, or harm other users;
- Violate or encourage violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property;
- Access the Service through engines, software, tools, agents, devices, spiders, robots, scraping agents, crawlers, or data mining tools other than OpsWire AI-provided tools;
- Interfere with security features, including disabling features preventing copying or printing;
- Reverse engineer or discover source code except as expressly permitted by law;
- Interfere with Service operation or user enjoyment by uploading malicious code, making unsolicited offers, collecting personal information without consent, or disrupting networks;
- Perform fraudulent activity, impersonate persons, claim false affiliation, access accounts without permission;
- Sell or transfer access rights or Materials;
- Attempt or assist in any prohibited acts.
9. Intellectual Property Rights Protection
Respect of Third Party Rights: OpsWire AI respects intellectual property rights and takes protection seriously. Infringing activity will not be tolerated.
DMCA Notification: OpsWire AI complies with Digital Millennium Copyright Act provisions. Contact the Designated Agent for intellectual property complaints:
Procedure for Reporting Claimed Infringement: Send a written “Notification of Claimed Infringement” containing:
- (a) Electronic or physical signature of authorized person;
- (b) Description of copyrighted work or intellectual property right claimed infringed;
- (c) Description of infringing material and location on Service;
- (d) Your address, telephone, and email;
- (e) Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized;
- (f) Statement that information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
OpsWire AI may share notifications with alleged infringers and publicly available tracking databases.
Repeat Infringers: OpsWire AI removes material believed to infringe intellectual property rights and terminates accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Counter Notification: If notified of claimed infringement, you may provide a “Counter Notification” to OpsWire AI's Designated Agent including:
- (a) Physical or electronic signature;
- (b) Identification of removed material and location;
- (c) Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief in mistake or misidentification;
- (d) Your name, address, telephone, and consent to jurisdiction.
Reposting of Content Subject to Counter Notification: Upon Counter Notification, OpsWire AI will notify the original claimant and replace removed content 10-14 business days after receipt unless a court order is filed.
False Notifications: Per 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting infringement creates liability for damages, costs, and attorney fees. OpsWire AI reserves the right to seek damages from parties submitting false notifications.
10. Modification of Terms
OpsWire AI may change these Terms. Material revisions are effective 30 days after posting or notice to existing users. OpsWire AI may require accepting modified Terms to continue using the Service. Discontinue use if you disagree with modifications. Only written agreements signed by authorized representatives can amend these Terms.
11. Term, Termination, and Modification of the Service
Term: These Terms are effective upon acceptance or first access and end upon termination as described below.
Termination: Violating any Term automatically terminates authorization and these Terms. OpsWire AI may terminate at any time for any reason without notice or liability. You may terminate by canceling your subscription through account settings.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination: (a) license rights end and you must cease Service use; (b) you lose account access; (c) you must pay unpaid amounts; (d) payment obligations, Feedback, Ownership, Effect of Termination, Indemnity, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Miscellaneous sections survive. You're responsible for retaining User Content copies. Accounts terminated for breach cannot be recreated with different identifiers.
Modification of the Service: OpsWire AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, features, or access anytime without notice. OpsWire AI has no liability for Service changes, including paid functionalities. Retain User Content copies in case of modification.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify OpsWire AI Entities from claims and liabilities arising from: (1) unauthorized Service use or misuse; (2) Term violation or applicable law violation; (3) third-party right violation, including intellectual property; or (4) disputes with third parties. OpsWire AI may assume defense control at its expense without limiting your obligations.
13. Disclaimers; No Warranties by OpsWire AI
The Service and all Materials and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” OpsWire AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. OpsWire AI does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free service or correction of issues.
No oral or written advice creates warranties. You use the Service at your own risk. OpsWire AI is not responsible for property damage, computer system damage, or data loss.
You agree that: (i) Content creates no duty of care; (ii) OpsWire AI is not a financial adviser; (iii) no Content constitutes investment advice; (iv) you will not use OpsWire AI's name to state or imply endorsement.
These disclaimers apply fully under law. OpsWire AI does not disclaim rights prohibited from disclaiming.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, OpsWire AI Entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or goodwill, arising from Service access, use, or inability to use, regardless of theory or notice.
Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) amounts paid in 12 months prior or (b) $100 USD.
Limitation provisions allocate risks and are essential to this agreement. They apply even if remedies fail.
15. Miscellaneous
General Terms: These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. You cannot assign these Terms without consent. OpsWire AI may assign anytime. Failure to enforce doesn't waive rights. Headers are for convenience. “Including” means “including but not limited to.” Invalid provisions receive maximum effect with remaining provisions remaining valid.
Governing Law: New York law governs these Terms without conflict principles. Both parties submit to New York state and federal courts. OpsWire AI operates from New Jersey and doesn't represent Materials' appropriateness elsewhere.
Privacy Policy: The OpsWire AI Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
Additional Terms: Service use is subject to additional terms, policies, rules, or guidelines posted or linked on the Service.
Consent to Electronic Communications: You consent to receiving electronic communications as described in the Privacy Policy. Electronic communications satisfy legal writing requirements.
